atom 330 的 hyperthreading 小測試...

我拿我自己 ada-boost training 的程式做實驗的結果:

features: 6580

image, positive: 483, negative: 8620, total: 9103

設定開兩個 thread 時 XP 會把兩個 thread 配到不同 CPU 的  logical thread 上跑.

atom 330 1.6Ghz x2 w/HT      19.854 mS

atom 330 1.6Ghz x2                  31.750 mS

intel T7250 (C2D) 2.0Ghz x2   9.637 mS

Phenom 9700 2.4Ghz x2          9.957 mS

Phenom 9700 2.4Ghz x2          5.179 mS

PentiumM 1.4Ghz (banias)    29.092 mS

有開 HT 後, 單一個 logical thread 的效能仍有沒開的 75% 上下, 兩個

logical thread 加起來比起一個 physical thread 的確是多約 50%..

Pentium4 HT 我不知道是多少, 記得是 50% 多一點...
